FORD OPTIONS DETAILS:
Ford Options allows for transfers to a new owner at the original terms. Here’s how it works – take over the loan and pay the monthly payment through April 2026. The owner will have the following options before May 12, 2026:
- Pay Off the Vehicle – Pay the remaining balance ($25,899.90).
- Refinance the Vehicle – Refinance the remaining balance for up to 36 months at the current APR of 1.4%.
- Return the Vehicle – Coordinate with Ford Motor Credit to return the vehicle, which will require a $475 Disposal Fee, $0.25/mile for any mileage driven above the allowed 42,009, and payment for any damages assessed at that time.

- Sign bill of sale with terms for taking over the loan pending credit approval, provide copy of photo ID, and provide $135 to cover the transfer fee (This will be refunded once the transfer is complete OR if Ford rejects the credit application).
- Ford Motor Credit will send credit application and contractual terms.
- Once approved, Ford Motor Credit will expedite the title transfer to State DMV/SOS.
- Buyer will need to register vehicle with their state and pay applicable taxes/fees.
