This is a very well-cared for, garage-kept, Texas-owned and driven Model S with 91,XXX miles, rising slowly due to the fact that I’ve already purchased another Model S. Multicoat red with black interior (piano black decor on the dash). Because it has primarily been a commuter for me, the amount of wear and tear on the interior is minimal for age (exception is some scuffing on rear passenger inside door handle. . .pics available). Premium interior with black alcantara headliner. All of the usual premium features of these cars (air suspension, Summon, power liftgate, homelink, rain-sensing/speed sensitive wipers, auto-high beams, etc) are all in good working order. Along with the free lifetime supercharging benefit, this car also comes with Lifetime unlimited Free Premium connectivity (transferable), which has a current value of $10 per month. Battery and motor warranty in effect to July 2023. Cold weather package including front and rear heated seats and heated wipers (No heated steering wheel). Sunroof is in perfect working order. Autopilot version is AP1 which, in my opinion is better than the current version of basic autopilot (but, of course, not as good as EAP or FSD).
I anticipate that the person who buys this car will be specifically looking for the Free Supercharging benefit, which is getting more rare over time and which, I will admit, will be very hard to let go of. This car carries the SCO1 code and has never been back through Tesla ownership, so free unlimited supercharging will transfer to next owner (and will last the life of the vehicle, unless Tesla get the opportunity to own the car). I am the third owner of this car and the second owner transferred the supercharging benefit to me with no issues. I also have full app connectivity with the car through my own account (i.e., not access shared from the previous owner).
The car shows 209 rated miles on a full charge. I like to keep that battery in it’s “happy zone” and minimize wear and tear by trying to use it in a way that will extend it’s life as much as possible. To that end, the car is typically charged to 70-80% for daily use. Only charged above 90% in anticipation of longer trips and always done so with advanced planning to leave immediately when the car reaches the desired charge (i.e., never allowed to sit at over 90% charge). Also, I minimize the number of charging cycles by not charging every day unless needed (but I also don’t let it go below 20% without an immediate recharge). Typically charged at 240V, 24-30 Amps.
