This 2016 Model X carries verified, transferable Free Unlimited Supercharging for life — confirmed by Tesla Support and visible live in the Tesla app as “Free Supercharging — Lifetime Award — VIN 2118.” This perk is tied to the vehicle VIN (option code SC01) and transfers to the new owner via private sale. You will never pay a cent to charge this car at any Tesla Supercharger, anywhere, for as long as you own it.

This feature was discontinued by Tesla in early 2017. As of 2026, Tesla has also discontinued the Model X entirely — making this a legacy vehicle with a perk that can never be replicated on a new car. The pool of SC01 Model X vehicles shrinks every year.
