2017 TESLA MODEL X 75D – $22,500 – 117,400 MILES – MURPHY, TX
6-SEAT CAPTAIN’S CHAIRS | FULL SELF-DRIVING | FREE LIFETIME CONNECTIVITY
Three things make this one worth the drive.
1. FULL SELF-DRIVING CAPABILITY – PAID FOR, STAYS WITH THE CAR
FSD was purchased on this VIN. You’re not subscribing, you’re not paying monthly, it’s already bought and it stays with the vehicle. Straight talk: this is 2017 hardware, so what you get is the feature set Tesla supports on this generation, not what they market as FSD on a brand-new car. Check the app yourself and decide what it’s worth to you. I’d rather you know exactly what you’re getting than be annoyed later.
2. FREE PREMIUM CONNECTIVITY FOR THE LIFE OF THE CAR
Tesla included this on pre-2018 builds and stopped. Satellite-view maps, live traffic visualization, music streaming, browser – all of it, free, forever, transferred to you. New Teslas charge $9.99/month for exactly this. Over the life of the car that’s real money you simply never spend.
3. 6-SEAT LAYOUT – SECOND-ROW CAPTAIN’S CHAIRS
Two captain’s chairs in the middle with a walkway straight through to the third row. This is the configuration people specifically hunt for and the hardest one to find used. If you’ve been scrolling past 5-seat and 7-seat bench cars waiting for this, here it is.
BATTERY: 202 MILES AT 100%
The thing everyone asks. A 75D left the factory around 237 miles of rated range – this one still shows 202 at a full charge after 117,400 miles. That’s roughly 85% retention on a nine-year-old car, and if you’ve been shopping high-mileage EVs you know how many are far worse. I’ll charge it to 100% and show you the screen before you commit to anything.
THE REST OF IT
– 2017 Model X 75D – dual motor, all-wheel drive
– Smart Air Suspension
– Falcon Wing doors panoramic windshield
– Obsidian Black Metallic over black textile interior, Dark Ash wood trim
– MCU2 (Intel Atom) infotainment – the faster processor, not the older MCU1 many 2017 cars still have
– GPS-enabled HomeLink 4
– NEW TIRES, recently serviced, ready to drive today
– CLEAN TEXAS TITLE – no accidents, no damage history, no stories
WHAT IT ISN’T – so nobody wastes a drive
This is a Standard Interior car: textile seats rather than leather, no premium audio package, no cold-weather package, no tow hitch, and CCS / 3rd-party NACS DC charging is not installed – it Superchargers on the native connector only. And to be explicit, because people ask – it does NOT have free Supercharging. If any of that is a dealbreaker, this isn’t your car and I’d rather tell you now than when you’re standing in my driveway.
What the textile has going for it: nine years in, there’s no cracking or split bolsters the way leather goes at this mileage.
HONEST ABOUT THE MILES
Yes, 117,400. It’s been a daily driver and it’s been maintained like one, which is why the number is in the headline instead of buried at the bottom. Battery and drivetrain warranty has expired and it’s priced accordingly – but the battery itself is holding 85%, which is the part people actually worry about.
FINANCING / TITLE
There’s a small balance on the vehicle. We close at my credit union: you bring a cashier’s check, the loan gets paid off at the counter while you watch, the lien is released same day, and the title mails directly to you. I’ll send you the written payoff quote up front so you can see exactly what’s owed. Done by the book – you never have to take my word for anything.
TERMS
Pre-purchase inspection welcome and encouraged – bring your mechanic or any Tesla-experienced shop. Cash or verified cashier’s check at my bank. Serious buyers only. No trades, no shipping arranged on my end, no third-party “escrow” services.
I’m local in Murphy, TX and happy to meet wherever works.
