Tesla Model Y Performance. 1 owner from new factory purchase. Extremely low 17,000 miles as I work from home and we have multiple cars. Selling due to downsizing cars as now my wife and I both work remote. This Y Performance is in exceptional condition, as it’s PPF’d, upgraded wheels and tinted. Garage kept 24/7. Only driven sparingly around town with only one road trip in it’s life! This Y is more comfortable and compliant but has increased performance due to the performance wheel and tire upgrade, which has less than 10k miles on the tires.
Red with White interior (most expensive build option). Dual Motor. Performance Brembo brakes, Red Multi-coat paint, Performance pedals, All Wheel Drive, upgraded performance wheels and tires.
Performace model is lower by an inch, big red Brembo brakes, upgraded performance wheels and new tires.

Purchased (12/31) the last day of 2022, so lots of factory warrenty left: Factory Warranty expires: 11/23 2026 (or 50k miles). Battery warranty through Nov 23, 2030 (or 120k miles)
Battery has been babied: always, always kept between 80/20 charge. Only one road trips so never heavy battery use.
Upgrades: -TSportline TST 18″ Tesla Model Y Wheels with Michelen Pilot Sport All Season Tires ($3100). Major upgrade to ride quality, increase range and performance. The weight savings on the wheel alone is 7.6 lbs each and a total of 30.4 lbs weight reduction per vehicle resulting in a huge improvement to the ride quality (more compliant), increased range and increased performance. This car now gets 0-60 in 3.9s. Receipt available.
-PPF: PPF paint protection film added to 75% of painted surfaces: entire front end and hood is protected as well as lower sides and back of car and mirrors. Receipts available.
-Window tint: Front windows ceramic tinted to match the factory tint on rear of car. Looks super slick and clean. makes the red paint pop.
-Original Tesla mats are unused. I put all weather mats in on day one and the factory mats are as new and unused. -Brand new Tesla windshield replacement 9/2024, as it had a rock chip. Tesla windshield installed at Tesla service center. Reciept available.
-Exceptionally clean: Paint is fantasic, due to ppf. Interior is exceptionally clear condition. I had all weather mats 100% coverage so carpet is nearly new. Carbon fiber spoiler has a litte scuffing from rubbing my garage door when opening the hatch.
